We are officially two days away from the start of the Endure It December Running Challenge. The running challenge is rather straight forward, you run every day for the month of December. Sound crazy? The crazy thing to me is people trying to say they don't have 20-50 minutes a day to get a run in. The beautiful thing about running is that you can do it right out of your back door, or front door, or on a treadmill...you get the point. This is a great way to stay active during the holiday season when we all tend to indulge a bit too much in the holiday festivities.
