We have our last Madison IM course ride scheduled for this Saturday August 15th, this is a great opportunity to get in one last long ride before the fall IM's or get in a challenging ride on an awesome course.
We will be starting the ride from Fireman's Park in Verona, WI at 9:00 am as this will allow folks time to travel the morning of. If you need directions or have questions please send me an email.
If you are planning on heading to Madison could you please let me know so I can coordinate how many folks are going.

Naperville Sprint, Awesome Job Everyone!
What a sight, Endure It! gear was all over the course and everyone did awesome! It was a blast to see everyone out on the course and so many folks enjoying the day. Congrats to everyone that competed and finished! I have some pictures that wil be coming shortly.
Thanks to Tad Friess and Ron Good for their effort to sweat off 15 lbs in their Santa and Easter bunny costumes as well as cheering everyone on!
Also Ron would like to pass on the following information, "Be aware that the Easter Bunny and Santa are available for your private parties. Children must be of the age to know that both of these characters are mythical as not to be scarred for life."
If any parent would consider this please let me know and I will personally call DFS for you.

Naperville Sprint Tri and Madison Ride
Finally the summer heat is here just in time for all the folks doing the Naperville Sprint Triathlon tomorrow. Good luck to everyone participating and make sure to sport the Endure It! kit to insure you receive the most extreme over the top support on the course!
Everyone is invited to hang out at Tad Friess's house at 406 S River Rd, Naperville, IL located directly on the run course. If you are not racing make sure to stop by as Ron Good won't disappoint in leading the cheer leading escapades.
