Functional Threshold Testing Results

All Computrainer classes between February 2-6 will be functional threshold testing sessions. The February Calendar is posted at endureitsports.com, sign up to reserve your spot.

Below are a couple threshold progression charts which are also posted in the shop. The first graph shows athletes who have tested December and January. The second graph lists the athletes who have tested November, December and January. Fifty five of you have only tested once! We have added several classes the first week of February, get in and test!

We have seen significant increases in FTP and efficiency in the past couple months alone. Our structured progression should see even more gains as we continue though our "power" phase and build into threshold and speed.

113 athletes have tested
53 tested more than once
87% of athletes who tested twice saw an increase in threshold wattage.
94% of athletes who attend at least two sessions a week saw in increase in threshold wattage.

February 1st is the second race in the Indoor Time Trial Series. Links are located on the sidebar.
