Finally the summer heat is here just in time for all the folks doing the Naperville Sprint Triathlon tomorrow. Good luck to everyone participating and make sure to sport the Endure It! kit to insure you receive the most extreme over the top support on the course!
Everyone is invited to hang out at Tad Friess's house at 406 S River Rd, Naperville, IL located directly on the run course. If you are not racing make sure to stop by as Ron Good won't disappoint in leading the cheer leading escapades.
Lastly we have our last Madison IM course ride scheduled for next Saturday August 15th, this is a great opportunity to get in one last long ride before the fall IM's or get in a challenging ride on an awesome course. We will be starting the ride from Fireman's Park in Verona, WI at 9:00 am as this will allow folks time to travel the morning of.
If you need directions or have questions please send me an email. If you are planning on heading to Madison could you please let me know so I can coordinate how many folks are going.
