Endure It! Solvang Triathlon Camp 2014


                                                              February 26th – March 5th
A cycling specific multisport camp for both cyclists and triathletes
 
This multi-sport camp provides a week of fully supported training with an emphasis on cycling. It's an ideal opportunity to escape the cold weather this winter and get some warm weather miles under your belt before the season starts. The camp is devoted to training, recovery, coached swim, run and cycling sessions with catered lunches/evening meals throughout. There will be rides each day, ranging from 30 - 80 plus miles, including a ride to Jalama Beach. It's a week set up to be free of logistics for you, so you can focus on training and recovery!

TARGET ATHLETE
This camp is targeted towards both pure cyclists and triathletes who are looking to get a good mileage week under their belts before the season starts. All variety of triathletes from sprint to Ironman athletes and cyclists attend this camp. The itinerary is set up for rides from 30-80+ miles each day. As the camp has a cycling emphasis, to get the most out of the itinerary the key is to have enough of a cycling winter base prior to arrival at the camp (CompuTrainer classes work!) will enable you to ride comfortably each day. We will have 2 or 3 groups of different paced cyclists out on the road which allows scope for a variety of paces.
